Abstract

|
Although several aspects of pulmonary function are somewhat modified during nomal pregnancy, it is usually maintained satisfactorily unless there is disseminated or severely compromised cardiopulmonary function.
Fortunately, because anti-Tb. drug in common use do not appear to affect the fetus adversely,
chemotherapy can use properly in pregnant woman with pulmonary tuberculosis.
In recent years the prognosis has improved remarkablely for the woman with active pulmonary
tuberculosis.
This report is summarized management of pulmonary and genital tuberculosis in pregnancy under the literatures are reviewed.
